  I have been happy with http://www.nicesmile.ch in Baar and I hate the dentist - she was quick, thorough but did refer to the surface of the tooth as the cervix of the tooth. She is very Germanic if you know what I mean though and just got on with the job which didn't allow me time to get worked up...which worked for me...
