We were one of the first customers of McKay's Handy Helpers. The first job they did was to clean our yard and re-install our eavestrough. We were impressed by the service and by the quality of their work. The second time, we had them reinstall a coat rack, which was done well. However, when we asked them to re-install a toilet paper holder, it was not done properly and it broke again within a few days. Also, when we asked them to screw in an electrical outlet, it was also not done properly. My husband had to fix it. A year later, when I inquired on facebook as to their rates and if they had any availability to do a yard cleanup, I was not only met with a response that they were too busy with bigger jobs and did not do any yard cleanup any more, but both my husband and I were blocked from their Facebook page immediately, so that I cannot even contact them for bigger jobs in the future, or reply to their message. Apparently, the big tip we left them and all the jobs we sent their way didn't count for much. I have no use for any business that acts in such an unprofessional manner with a complete and utter disregard for past clients.
