Can anyone mend taps?
FREE - Kingsbridge
Just some advice/help! We have a bathroom mixer tap and the hot lever is all chewed up inside. Does anyone know if there are parts for it or do I need a whole new tap? Happy to pay for someone to mend it.

It may be difficult to find a part, depends if you happen to know the brand / model name as that would help. Some parts are readily available, some may be incredibly difficult to get. From a plumbers point of view, I would need to visit to inspect, may need to remove a part and take it away to try and match(leaving you without taps). Whether you could get part or not, looking at another visit at a later time or date. Therefore as previously mentioned, it may be more cost effective to buy new taps and contact a plumber (maybe me!) once you have them. Www.prplumbingandheating.com
