  ISO contractor $1 - Gates, North Carolina Looking for someone who can replace subfloor in the laundry, kitchen and dining room areas. It has water damage. I'm looking to get a few quotes. The insulation under the floor probably needs to be replaced and I know that plastic moisture barrier needs to be put down under the house also.
