  Depending on your insurance you may be required to have a referral from your primary care provider. Also the type of insurance plan you have (HMO vs PPO etc) may restrict your options. Starting with Counseling Services in North Hall is a good place to start (assuming are a UCD student); you can schedule an appointment for Referral and Resource Services. Also see prior response with other options like LiveHealth Online
