Polyurethane Spray Foam Insulation is a high “R” value insulation created on site by a professional contractor installer. R value ranges from R-6.0 to R 7.4 per inch (aged R-value), depending which product is used.
An Airtight Seal
Using specially designed equipment, your Enviro FoamTek technician mixes chemicals and sprays it onto the surface of a wall cavity, attic surface or a crawl space surface. This liquid rapidly expands, turning into foam insulation, due to a chemical reaction. As the Polyurethane Spray Foam Insulation expands, it fills in gaps and holes, and conforms to the wall cavity creating an airtight seal.
