  Helen, GA Has anyone stayed in a hotel/motel in Helen, GA? If so, did you like the motel? Would you stay at that motel again? Did you like the town of Helen? Any suggestions for someone who might go there for a night or two? I know this is not exactly local, but thought maybe someone had visited there since it's only 3 hours away. TIA

  We stayed at the Dillard House http://www.dillardhouse.com/. Guessing about 30 miles away. Nice place. As far as the town of Helen, it is very much the same as we have here. Restaurants and retail.
