  What do you need to do to get a local tradesman to respond to their quotes? I have tried 2 local businesses and got nowhere. They have both given me their quotes and I have accepted both of them (not at the same time) and got no response from either. When the first didn't respond I went with the second one who also did not respond. All I want doing is a replacement double glazed door unit. I have cash waiting but no interest in it from local tradesmen - do I have to go with one of the national shisters!!! I tell ya! You try to use our local businesses but they just don't have any interest! Probably job not big enough!!! Grrrrrr
