Then, he didn't listen to us when we told him the toilet was clogged, so he carelessly flushed it and it almost overflowed all over the floor - if my mom didn't scream at him to stop it from continuing to flush, it would have overflowed. Then, Robert "cleaned" the toilet snaking device in my shower, so my shower is now covered in parasite-ridden, bacteria-ridden poop water. Then, he argued and yelled at me and my mom when she told him not to keep doing that. Furthermore, he still hasn't admitted to any wrongdoing about any of this... I'm going to go to their office and tell his boss about him tomorrow, and if they don't fire him on the spot, I will come back and update this review letting you know that Robert's nasty attitude, poor workmanship, and disgusting lack of ethics is precisely what you can expect from Precision Plumbing regardless of whom they send to your home. I'll also see what sort of lawsuits/claims I can file against Robert and Precision Plumbing over damages incurred (we've used up a ton of bleach already trying to clean up the massive poop mess left in my shower, and there's no telling whether my mom or me will get sick from being exposed to so much fecal matter). I know this sounds like hyperbole, but it's the honest truth - you'd be better off killing yourself than hiring someone from Precision Plumbing.
