  Plumbing/heating questions We have a property that is on 3 stories and will be turned into a 14 bedroom HMO all with en-suites. All bills will be inclusive. What system would you recommend to control the temperature in the communal areas and the individual bedrooms? And why would you recommend that system? How would you allow the tenants to control the temperature in their rooms? Also has anyone used Vaillant boiler system and would you recommend them? Thanks

  Not a domestic boiler! You need someone that is an expert in setting up hotel systems. I would be talking to a companies that often installed systems like the AVC Headmaster TC, http://www.bladeslcs.co.uk/ , Andrews ECOflo, etc. (I am NOT saying that any of them are the solution for you, but the correct company will have experience with most of them.) As to per room temperature control, lots of option but depends on if you wish to meter the heat usage and/or allow the tenants to set heating times as well as temperature.
