  If my memory serves me right the ppl at https://www.onehourtranslation.co.il are doing great job (i am not affiliated with them) it's not that expensive. Notarization OTH is more costly - it's very different from the US where you can get it for a few bucks. You need a certified attorney for that (please double check as I might be wrong).
