I am looking to take my wife to court to establish custody rules for our son. Currently she only lets me see him when she feels like it and when she's not upset with me (we are separated and will likely file for divorce once we have established residency in Florida) which is sometimes only once a week, and she doesn't allow him to sleep over (he is 1 year old), so I think I need to get a court order to establish ground rules. Wsib claimed got denied because I didn't fully understand the injury as I had never experienced it before. My claim was dragged out because employer wrote down wrong contact information on injury report deliberately. I did not get a copy of my injury report mailed until 2 months after. I had sent a text the day of injury saying I wasn't sure if it was work related or not until I got it checked out by a doctor and my employer used that text against me. Doctor says yes activities preformed at work contributed to it. I have proof my employer is still putting wrong Information on other injury reports. Does it sound like I have a case?
