  Hi !! My apt was broken into and we lost computers, tablet and money, oh yeh a bottle of Trinidadian Dark Rum...they left all the other liquor, so we're assuming they knew that rum..they went thru my underwear drawer .. I have an important question ...since we all have to get flood insurance anyway, who knows what insurance company would be best for both flood and renters in Rockaway....we honestly never thought of ins before...we live on a good block where everybody looks out for each other....they got in thru the skylight which is only accessible from the other apts in the building...one floor, 4 apts with a shared attic...so we found out we can't trust our neighbors to do the right thing...it wasn't them but they know who it was...someone visiting them who wouldn't know there's no outside entry...cops took some swabs for DNA but workers after Sandy were up and down that skylight so don't think that will do much good...we think we know who it was but all guests have disappeared from the building and no one's talking... we have to get ins, we work to hard for what we have....please, if anybody knows what ins co is reasonable
