  Well now I have to find a licensed electrician to do an electrical inspection before they turn the lights on. We also have to have a licensed plumber inspect the water and gas lines. Me being an industrial pipefitter isn't good enough for me to inspect my own lines. I'd like to take a piece of pipe and shove it...... Oh, never mind, calling around to find licensed people.
