TERMS & CONDITIONS
Please Note 10 % deposit due on booking & due to our low deposit booking scheme a further payment of 10% is to made within 4 weeks of your initial deposit . If Your order is made before the above date then full payment will be due when your order is finished but we will update you prior to this.
Payments made through PayPal will incur an extra 5% on top of your quoted price due to the PayPal Buyer Protection Scheme. Other Payment Options are available including Debit & Credit Cards and Bank Transfer Payments also if local Cash on Delivery.
Also Instalments can be made at any time helping you manage your payments easily.
An Invoice will be sent on booking and further invoices sent with any instalments made.
You will be sent photographs from when we start your order showing progress if there is any changes you require please tell us straight away and we will do our upmost to change it for you . Ensuring you are happy with the end result .
If you are going to send us examples of similar bouquets please be aware sending a foam flowers photo and asking for silk the bouquet wont look identical due to sizes of different flowers. Our Bouquets are Bespoke so any photo sent will be... show more similar but never exactly the same .
Our prices vary due to complexity and detail of your individual orders so prices below are based on our basic range with or without small embellishments and any glitter you may require plus your choice of satin, organza or lace plain ribbon.
