I am so disappointed with their ability to communicate with their customers and my wedding photos. My wedding photos look like a regular camera took them and NOT like a professional. She did offer to reedit them but that doesn't change the fact that my wedding photos are horrendous. In addition to horrible photos Ross was drinking alcohol throughout the wedding. I was told that she had FOUR drinks. No wonder my photos are crap. Also, she stood around talking instead of taking photos. At one point she disappeared for about 45 mins. I was asking around to see if anyone had seen her and NO ONE had. Then she appeared again. I dont have one good picture with my husband, my husband is super pale, most pictures are blurry and there are none with any friends or family. What a waste of $650. Spend the money on a professional! Your photos will look NOTHING like what she posts on facebook, etc!!!!!!!! I'm so pissed!!!!!! Instead of drinking and disappear on the job and talking so much you should have been taking good pool picture instead of the crap I got. All the picture of us walking down the aisle are blurred from the sun. Thanks for ruining our wedding pictures!!!!!
