  Very good friend of mine works at Woytek Chiropractic, woytekchiro.com. It's her brother-in-law's practice I think. Not sure about the muscle relaxation part, but give them a call and see. It's not far from Dell. 2601 Red Bud Lane, just off Gattis School RD.
