  We just had our garage turned into a bedroom with built-in wardrobe. Jay Drew did it for us. He's local PH: 0407 841 491. He was good to deal with and did a good job. If you don't need council approval, I've also had a small job (wall moved) done by Brad Rooks PH: 0402 225 031. Best to get a few quotes as there can be big differences in the prices.
