I was meant to have a horse and carriage as transport to my wedding (06/04/2016) but the man has now blocked his phone number, removed his webpage and isn't answering emails or txt calls etc. I paid my deposit after a friend personally reccomended him from experience. (he know isn't replying to her either) I am desperate for transport but have little budget left. Can anyone help or suggest a genuine person to speak to.
