  I know this is not sales of not allowed please delete but Looking for a good pre k to enroll my son in for the 2016/2017 school year. Live in Wilmington island. So looking for either a school on Wilmington island or Savannah area. He currently goes to Memorial Day school daycare . I need a school that has before and after school. Would like lottery funded but if I can get him in then any. Also let me know if there is any schools you would not send your child to . Thank you

  Enrollment starts February 23. If you log on to sccpss.com you can get the info for pre k. In his arms has before and after school care as well as ga lottery pre k. They take them to school on their buses and pick them up in the afternoon.

  Hi all- I have some questions about schools in the area. We are rentingin Ardsley Park now and considering buying but not sure about the school situation. We have two children under 3 but want to understand where they'd go before we buy. Can anyone answer these questions or recommend somewhere to go to look for answers? I can't see anything confirmatory on the school district website. 1- Is anyone assigned to JG Smith or is admission by application only? 2- same question for Sav High School of the Arts? 3- are there good charter or private schools around here? Does anyone have any recommendations for options other than the questionable local public schools (at least for middle and/or high school)? Thanks in advance! We moved to Savannah from California in October.

  Hi Christen Sarah ! My 2 children go to JGSMITH elementary. We are in their assigned territory. You most likely are as well. It's a very good option. You do have some great alternative options for middle and highschools. Charter and Specialty programs. Visit www.SCCPSS.com for phone numbers and school lists to apply to and to see what zones you'll be in( look for the bus stop search) There are very important application dates there also. It can be confusing sorting it all out. I would suggest contacting the BOEducation for the the correct info.
