  Any homeowners have advice on renting your home while you are not living in it? Do you have recommendations for a management company? We will be out of state so its probably not a good idea for us to try to manage it ourselves.

  http://allcountynorthmetro.com I use this group to manage my home in Alpharetta. They have a great vendor list in case anything goes wrong and keep costs very manageable . Dave and Lori "owners" work very hard for both owners and tenants .. Highly recommended .
