  I am looking for recommendations for a massage. I been to massage places around Darwin and Palmerston but never had the experience of relief. Some of these places are so cold (aircon) that muscles can not relax at all. I am looking for a person that can fix several things. I had my back broken a few years ago and stopped moving/training this part due to fear of pain. My body, especially my shoulders and neck have over the years become so stiff that I don't feel free anymore. Just stiffness and pain. My upper body was held in a defensive position for years and I am now unable to relax and to loosen my upper muscles. It has gotten to a point that when I turn to loosen it I go dizzy. Is there anyone out there that would be able to crack my back and lower/relax my shoulders?
