  After twisting my ankle and having several torn ligaments, CORE Institute's Dr. McAlister has a script for physical therapy 3 times per week. Core Institute cannot get me in even for an evaluation for a month! I need to start right away! Three other places whose names I was given are 1. Valley Rehab, 2. Guidry rehab, and 3. STI. I am after an AGGRESSIVE therapist to get me in shape for a huge hiking/ backpacking trip in several months. Any recommendations for a good company that has an aggressive therapist? Anybody have opinions or information on the three listed above? I have an appointment for tomorrow morning at Valley rehab in Sun City West but have not been able to find any reviews on them. Any info would be helpful. Thank you!
