  Hi - it can vary between 100 to 150 and up - I think the average for czech person is about 120 p/hr, sometimes 150 p/hr for night time babysitting. This is a decent agency here: http://hlidacibabicka.cz/cs/hlidani/sos-hlidani/ - its retired ladies who babysit. SOS is 120 p/hr (one off babysitting) and regular few times a week week at the same time (or more) is 100 p/hr. You may need to google translate the page.
