  ok, first things first Does anyone know a great builder/remodeler that is reasonable and that continues work until done not like a side job? I need my whole basement done, one side storage and the other an efficiency/mother in law type place, no kitchen just kitchenette like a pantry, counter and a sink like that is in a bar in a home, then like a bar counter breakfast nook type thing, bedroom, BIG ONE, and a living area and a bathroom somewhere down there, just a shower, sink and toilet! Then I need my upstairs bathroom gutted, walls and all! NEW BIGGER bath, and a laundry room made in my bedroom and somehow a wall added to make a small bedroom. BIDDERS: PLEASE CALL 986-1488 I need 4 estimates, taking the best work, best price and going with that after narrowing it down, want to start soon if it ever gets nice!! please have builders call! Might need dry wall in living room done too, so pretty big jobs! Thanks
