  Next to oils, the questions I get asked most from new and expecting moms are about vaccines. I cannot recommend this class enough. It taught me so much from a research standpoint. I had read books and talked to my pediatrician. We already had a plan in place by the time I attended the class (it was right before MM was born) but coming here opened my eyes even further! I learned about the CDC website and how to look things up for myself. I learned to read what the research says and not to take what a FB article says to be truth. Fact checking is important! I highly recommend this! And Scott will be at work. Anyone want to go with me?

  My back went out today, horrible pain. Went to the chiropractor and was put into a spinal decompression machine. Trying to get out of that machine was the most difficult thing I have ever done. Intense pain and my hands were almost numb and my fingers starting going straight out with no control on my own. They finally went back to normal. Barely made it to the car. I am at home now in crazy pain popping Advil to relieve the swelling. Anyone have suggestions? Not sure if I should go back to the chiro again or if I should be worried.

  Brian and I recently started seeing a new chiropractor that we love. Dr. Jim Bob Haggerton (and his wife Cindy) are both chiropractors although we've never had the pleasure of being treated by Cindy. But Jim Bob is excellent and very personable and knowledgable. They're at Lifetime Family Wellness Center and they have an office in Hurst and one in Argyle. Look them up online at: www.family-wellness.com
