  We are Canadians, and are looking for recommendations on health insurance for an 11 month cruise. So far, we have always lived within the 6 month limit of Quebec Medicare coverage, which keeps the cost of travel insurance down, but plan on about 11 months next year Any wisdom available will be much appreciated.
