  Don’t use : Premier Property Lawyers, Simply Conveyancing, Conveyancing Direct, Enact Conveyancing, TCS Conveyancing services - impersonal service, impossible to get hold of - telesales solicitors ! Use a firm of solicitors local to you - Bower and Bailey, E J Winters, Rowberrys. Lindsay Kemp’s recommendation is good

  We moved Jan 2013 and it's was a nightmare move because we had the buyers from hell, but the company we went through were brilliant and made everything so much easier, u don't actually have to go through someone local because must of it's done via email or phone, I was really impressed and wouldn't hesitate to use them again. http://www.simplyconveyancing.co.uk/sc/
