  Does anyone know of a 'Mother's Help' I could call at short notice? Back is gone and can't bend or lift toddler! Would need someone tomorrow (Tues) morning (7.30 - 9.30) to help get up and get to work/ nursery and same again in the evening (5-8pm). It's a long shot but any tips would be gratefully received!   I've used sitters for years and they've always been amazing. You might also find someone perfect on www.simplychildcare.com - it was founded in Dulwich but covers whole of London now. Really fantastic founder who answers all my weird questions!
