Please have correct telephone numbers for all orders. We need telephone numbers to arrange delivery to apartment blocks as we can't gain excess if no one home. Please check delivery addresses we have had a lot of wrong addresses lately, please make sure you have the most recent address, if flowers are left with neighbour or in porch and it is a wrong address we will have to charge £5.00 collection charge.
