  Just a quick question? My daughter needs a hearing aid evaluation done. The ENTs. office mailed me a list of places to call for the referrals . So I call the places (have to find 1 who takes her insurance) they need the written refferall so call the ENTs office back they want the fax number and want to know what info they want. So call the hearing aid place back get the info from them (they apologize that I am having to do all the work and that the drs office should be the ones calling them) I thank them .Call ear Dr back give them fax number name of the place again and what paperwork they need ( it's just the simple referall stuff that drs send) . so frustrating. They(hearing aid place) were asking for diagnostic codes and stuff I had no idea about. I had to explain that I had no idea and that I was just sent a list of providers to call and set up the appt. :( ...I thought that the drs office did this stuff or is this the norm now?? :(
