  Frankfort Animal Clinic (location in Alsip Nursery). We had a puppy that we rescued with some pretty severe health issues. They were amazing with her - and with us. (779) 324-5239. She is fine now (knock on wood) and had been off all meds for several months :) Good luck in your search.
