  Check out gothamvolleyball.org, nyurban.com/volleyball, and http://www.bigcityvolleyball.com/page/open-play. Gotham Volleyball is NYC's gay league, and they usually have BB-level open plays on Tuesdays and B-level open plays on Thursdays. Registration opens the Friday before each open play.
