  ISO: A painter that can paint a new home that will be finished mid June. The home builder uses a crappy matte paint that holds on to stains and can't be wiped down. We would like to purchase a higher quality paint and have someone paint the entire house. Can anyone recommend decently priced company or individual that can provide this service?
