  Morning all... Looking for recommendations please for an honest, reliable, builder who has an eye for contemporary detail. We are looking to tender for quotes on a 2 story rear extension with balcony to side elevation and front porch to our cottage in round street. Plus some internal reconfiguration and redecoration. Architectural plans have been drafted and are being submitted but, given lead times, we are keen to start engaging with potential builders now. Any recommendations gratefully received.
