  I'm unsure of a place where you could donate a food parcel, but if you would like to assist the homeless to get a meal and a brew there are many places that take place in a scheme locally. It is a fantastic organisation, you simply leave your donation of coffees and meals that are then available to the homeless :) https://m.facebook.com/Pendingcoffeesblackpool
