  Ok, I am new at this but I am ISO a caterer. Our date is not until 11/11/17 and it will be in Frederick, MD. I honestly do not know where to start the search so I figured here would be a great starting point. We are expecting about 150 guests (hopefully a little less) and would like a buffet style dinner with buffet style cocktail hour as well as china, glassware, flatware and staff! We will be taking care of the open bar and bartender. I am open to any and all suggestions and would love to get some quotes! Thanks in advance!
