  Have a 6am flight from Boston Wednesday and won't return until 6:30 pm on a Friday so the ferry is out. Any suggestions on hotels I can leave my car at for a reasonable rate or parking lots? Or possibly park and ride stops that are convenient? Last time I parked at the airport for 10 days it was a small fortune. Thanks for the help.

  I'd check PreFlight Check Parking... 17/day and they have a shuttle that will take you to the airport. I used to tell people Hertz lot but since Logan Consolidated its airport rental car lot, they no longer rent out spots. https://www.preflightairportparking.com/

  There are parking lots further away from the airport, which have a shuttle that takes you to and from the airport. Preflightparking is the lot I use. They have lots near bush and hobby. rates are around 6 per day, and a dollar more for covered parking. I use them in atlanta all the time when I travel. Allow an extra half hour before travel, just in case. It usually takes them 15 minutes to pick me up and get to the airport, but just in case, give them 30 minutes tops. https://www.preflightairportparking.com/Default.aspx
