  Storage building $4,000 - Northport, Alabama Storage building - Custom built , used as office. Bought in 2009. 20 by 10 foot . 3 Windows . Fully insulated walls and ceiling , with painted Sheetrock and pegboard walls . Floor is plywood painted taupe. Lots of extra electrical outlets on each wall . ( fully wired) Air conditioner , ceiling fan , and two overhead flourescent light fixtures. Extra high ceiling with built in hanging rack and overhead shelf . Front deck . VERY GOOD CONDITION except it needs to be pressure washed on the exterior . I'm working on getting my boxes of vintage items out . Have almost 6000 in this , will sell for 4000.
