Did You Know This About Some Of Our Military Veterans?... Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) is the unseen Enemy for all too many of our Brave Warriors.
• We are losing over 20 Active Service Members every day to suicide; that’s more lives lost than Iraq and Afghanistan combined! And these numbers don’t include any of our Veterans who fought in prior wars.
• In the past year alone, the number of diagnosed cases of PTSD in the Military jumped over 50%
• It is believed that 1 in every 5 of our Veterans returning from Iraq and Afghanistan has PTSD.
• 20% of the soldiers who have been deployed in the past 6 years have been diagnosed with PTSD.
