  Phil K. wrote: Really bad service. Took laptop for repairs and explained what I saw as a problem. Left it with understanding he will phone me early the next week. No call so 7 days after I dropped it off I went to the shop. Said he had been sick and had not had time to look at it. I can understand that. 5 more days and nothing so I again dropped by the shop and he again apologized that he had not had time to look at it. 5 more days I go back. Now it has been going on 3 weeks since I first dropped the laptop off. Nothing and no apology this time. Just took laptop and let BB Geeks squad do it. Cost me $50.00 and one day The guys name is Ron Miracle, I'd say it will be a miracle if he stays in business very long
