  One of the ones Philomena mentioned above (hiropraktor.com - Dr.Petar Dinic) - is probably the best and most educated chiropractor in Belgrade - I highly recommend him! He studied in the US as well - so they speak English there. However - not sure if he'll be able to see you right away - but you can call and ask. Not sure what kind of problem you have - but if it's serious - he's the guy to see. In case it is something mild - you can go to a physiotherapist. This guy does not do any of that jerk+crack+pull things.
