  I went to this cooking school two days ago and thought it was terrific. We started with a market tour, then a tour of the farm where we picked some of the items we would be cooking with. There were two completely separate cooking areas for vegetarian and non vegetarian cooking. It was easy to make the vegetarian items vegan, just let them know. As far as vegan food... There are just too many places to name. Check out Alchemy, Moksa, and a vegan degustation at Mozaic and Locavore if you can get in to the last two (they fill up far in advance). http://balinesecooking.net/
