  Does anyone have passport that goes to pain management? My dad moved from Hardin County and is in need of a new pain management doctor. I've called passport and they gave me 3 phone numbers. 1 is disconnected, 1 won't return my call, and the other won't see anyone who has previously been to pain management.

  Call Dr Lawrence Peters.. Not sure what insurances he takes. It may take a while to get in, but he is the best pain doctor. I've been seeing him since February and he has helped me so much. His number is 502-366-0970
