  I lost my grandparents a year ago and they were my best friends. So I really want to get a specific tattoo, kind of as an homage to them, and it has a lot of vibrant colors. So I am wondering if those who are into tattoos, have a recommendation of an artist who could do a fabulous color tattoo? I'd really appreciate it if negative opinions could be kept out of this
