  Paul Saucedo, M & M mechanical. Lives in the neighborhood. Fixed my toilet, installed new water heater, washer dryer, fixed outdoor tap gardener snapped off. A bit pricey, but neat and NEVER a call back to fix again. Wonderful when he had to work around my elderly, ailing mom. Comes when he says he will. 347-729-9998
