  Wanted: House painter in Lithia Springs area that will allow me to pay a partial amount of labor costs at the front end, and pay monthly on the balance until agreed amount is reached. Details: I have been working on my house for a ridiculous amount of time, and I feel like it will never get finished. We had to replace all of the siding, and we started painting but have neither the skill nor time to do it correctly. I can buy all of the paint and any materials needed, so the only investment on the part of the painter will be their time and equipment. If you are interested in having some quick cash for Christmas, this is an opportunity to make that happen. My house is one of the 3-level, split level houses that seem to be pretty common in this area, with peaks that will need a 40 foot ladder to reach (which I have on hand, but just to give an idea of what work will be involved).   I have a job that needs to be done. Must have experience. Have a large deck. Part of it had 1 coat of deck paint put on 2 years ago. It's flaking off real bad. I want the whole deck stripped of that flaking paint and then the entire deck (including newer pool deck portion) to be all stained a redwood type of color. I don't want it "pressure washed" off because it will fly all over the place and in the pool and stick to the house. I want someone to quote options of how this can be done efficiently.
