  I'd check with GoodWood (208-658-7173), they do whole pieces of meat for a reasonable rate. For more verity of meat you could inquire with Tucano's Brazilian grill in Boise (208-343-4300). Not sure if they do catering but they have a variety of yummy meats! Both are near Costco/Edwards movie theater.
