  Usually it is embroidery thread wrapped (knotted) it yo the hair. They can be all types of cool designs/color combos. 😊 & crystal have u tried new creations over by Toreros? I'm not sure they do them there but their number is 541-942-1688. All the ladies over there are great! 👌
