The property is located right outside of Marietta, TX. which is about 30 minutes away from Mt. Pleasant. It is a little over 8 acres. There is a house, but it is not in livable condition. It is pier and beam. It has fruit trees on the property. It has a well, but not sure condition. There is option of city water and it does have electricity. The property needs someone to love it. It is surrounded by beautiful towering pines and is very peaceful.
